摘要
以间接集中供热系统为研究对象,针对传统PID控制算法无法动态跟踪现场实际达到控制要求,智能控制算法大多仍处在理论研究阶段,实际应用中效果不好等问题,研究将单神经元PID智能控制通过PLC程序得以实现,并与传统PID控制进行对比。仿真和在现场实际运行结果表明,采用单神经元PID控制器响应时间缩短了一半。
The indirect district heating system is taken as the research object,due to the problem that the traditional PID control algorithm can not satisfy the control requirement of dynamic tracking,most control algorithms are still in the stage of research,the application effect is not satisfied.In this paper,a PLC control system based on single neuron PID is designed,and it is compared with the traditional PID control.The simulation and practical operation results show that the response time of this method is shortened by half.
