摘要 根据三维造型数据,采用基于等距面的截平面法进行精加工。引入虚过渡概念,使几何模型生成连续不间断的等距面。将基于曲面的干涉处理转化为基于曲线的干涉处理。提出贯穿线的概念,对截面上包含自交、重叠、干涉的无序交线进行规整处理,生成有序的无干涉刀轨。 According to the geometrical data of a three-dimensional model, finish machining strategy with section plane method is adopted on the basis of the offset surface. A concept of virtual transition is introduced to generate offset surfaces without gaps. The treatment to interference between surfaces is converted to that between curves so that the calculation is made simplified and stable. The concept of traversing line is presented to deal with the intersection curves of offset surfaces with planes parallel to each other. And the tool path without interference was generated.
