以“卓越工程师教育培养计划”为平台提升航海类大学生实践能力研究

Study on Enhancing Practical Ability of Maritime Students Based on "Education and Training Program of Excellent Engineers"

航海类大学生实践能力欠缺,已不能满足日益发展的航运业的要求。设置航海类专业的高等学校(以下简称航海院校)应以"卓越工程师教育培养计划"为平台,通过完善教学模式、强化海上航行实习、组织航海技能大比武活动等措施提升学生的实践动手能力与综合素质,要在资金和制度方面予以保障,进而提升航海院校的办学水平,引领国内航海人才走向世界。

Maritime students, lacking practical capacity, can not meet the requirements of the growing shipping industry. To strengthen the practical capacity and comprehensive quality of students, the measures of improving the teaching model and strengthening maritime navigation internship should be taken by the colleges and universities of setting up specialties about mar- itime （maritime institutions for abbreviation below） based on ＂ed- ucation and training program of excellent engineers＂, besides, the activities such as seamanship contest should be held more fre- quent by maritime institutions. To enhancing the educational lev- el of the maritime institutions and leading the domestic sailing talents to the world, financial and institutional aspects should be guaranteed.
