摘要
近年来,中外合作教学已经被运用在一些高校的英语教学中,并展现出了比传统授课模式更好的教学效果,但教学模式的单一化和传统型限制了合作教学效果的发挥。合作教学的相关理论和实证研究显示了合作教学的优点、必要性和实践中存在的问题。合作教学的四种模式中,同堂教学比平行教学、交替教学、团队教学更适合当前的教学环境,是目前大学英语教学的趋势。中外教师共同备课、授课、反思反馈以及考核评估,相互配合,相互补充,实现最佳教学成效。
In recent years, co-teaching between foreign and Chi- nese teachers has been widely promoted, which creates better ef- fects among students than traditional teaching mode. However, the uniformity of traditional teaching style limits the potential ef- fects to be given into full play. Related theory and empirical studies on co-teaching has shown its strengths, necessity and problems emerged in practice. Among four modes of co-teaching, Co-Teaching in One Class outweighs Parallel Teaching, Rota- tional Model, and Team Teaching in current educational environ- ment, and becomes the trend in College English Education. In this mode, two teachers plan lessons together, give lectures in one class, discuss self-reflection, give feedback to each other and make comments on students' performance. They cooperate and are complementary to each other to achieve the best possible out- come.
