摘要
导师制自14世纪的英国牛津大学的导师制度化并为之取得了光辉荣耀以来已日渐发展成熟,近年来,我国各大高校陆续进行教学改革,纷纷将导师制引入本科院校进行试点、推广,从理论和实践上予以论证,并从设置意义、实施办法、涉及内容、遭遇困境、突破出路等方方面面进行理念的阐释,取得了一些成果。本文欲将导师制引入高职院校,引导学生更好地全面发展,同时也对实施过程中遭遇的种种困境进行制度的完善。
Since its implementation as a system in the 14th cen- tury in University of Oxford, tutorial system has achieved great progress and is becoming mature. In recent years, China's col- leges are implementing teaching reform one after another, and tu- torial system is introduced into it. This paper attempts to intro- duce tutorial system to higher vocational colleges, so as to guide students' overall development and improve the dilemmas in its implementation.
