摘要
众所周知,在一个班级里,每一个孩子都是一个独立的课题,而一堂课的40分钟对每一个孩子而言都是均等的,怎样在一堂课上使所有的孩子都能有所收获,课前的目标确定就显得尤为重要。教师在设计一堂课时,要针对不同的孩子确立不同目标,给予不同的评价,才会使每一个孩子都能够接纳课堂,在课堂上愉悦地成长。
As is known to us all, each student can be an indepen- dent topic in a classroom, and a whole lesson is equal for each student, so is especially important to determine teaching goals in order to make all students achieve something. When designing a lesson, the teacher should give different evaluations on different students, so that every student can accept the lesson and grow happily.
