摘要
本文通过分析"90后"大学生的心理特点及当前大学班级管理中的主要问题,对班主任微博参与班级管理的作用进行了探讨,并对班主任微博日常信息的发布提出了建议。
Through anhlyzing the psychological characteristics of "post-90s" college students and the main problems in the current college class management, this paper explores the role of head teacher micro-blog in participating in class management, and proposes suggestions on the release of daily information in the head teacher micro-biog.
