对老年人的非正式支持体系的反思——基于对南京心贴心老年服务中心的评估

Reflections on Informal Support System for the Aged:Based on the Evaluation of Nanjing Heart-to-Heart Elderly Service Center

随着老龄化的到来,老年人口大量增加,老年人要真正"老有所养",离不开正式和非正式的社会支持网络的配合。笔者在对南京心贴心老人服务中心负责人访谈的基础上,反思了该机构在给老人提供支持上的作为,并由此对老年人的非正式支持体系进行了一定的思考。

Aging population increase quickly, if the elderly is ready to deal with the problems, they need the formal and infor- mal social support network. On the basis of the interviews of the head of the old man service center, the author reflected on the a- gency on the support to the elderly and the informal support sys- tem of the aged.
