Implementing woman trade union work in the new sit- uation and giving full play to women workers＇ enthusiasm, initia- tive and creativity, is a new task for trade union organizations. Based on the writer＇s unit as an example, this paper summarizes and discusses how to implement women union work in radio and television stations.
