中医药治疗胃癌研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Gastric Cancer

目的对中医药治疗胃癌的研究现状进行综述,总结中医药治疗胃癌的特点,为开发新型、有效的胃癌治疗药物提供文献基础。方法对近20年有关于中医药治疗胃癌的文献进行归纳、分析和总结。结果目前临床上单独使用中药治疗进展期胃癌疗效不明显,但将中医药结合西医疗法治疗进展期胃癌,对患者进行整体调理与个体化用药相结合治疗能够极大提高疾病治愈率,降低胃癌患者术后的毒副作用,大大提高患者的生存率。结论虽然手术与化疗仍是治疗胃癌的主要方法,但中药抗肿瘤具有多靶点、多效应、安全有效等优点。因此,如何合理利用这些优势开发出经济、有效的抗癌药物是中医药学研究的重点,将中西医结合治疗胃癌必将成为胃癌治疗的发展趋势。

Objective The research of the Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer was reviewed,in order to summarize the characteristics of Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer,and provide literature basis for the development of effective therapy of gastric cancer.Methods The literatures on Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer were collected,analyzed and summarized in the past twenty years.Results In clinical the separately use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat gastric cancer is not obvious,but the Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treatment of gastric cancer can greatly improve the cure rate of the disease,and reduce the toxic side effects.Conclusion Although the surgery and chemotherapy is still the main method to treat gastric cancer,Chinese medicine for anti-tumor has the advantages of multi-target,multi-effect,safe and effective to be used.Therefore,the rational use of these advantages to develop anti-cancer drugs is the focus on the study of Chinese medicine.Integrative treatment of gastric cancer will become the development trend to treat gastric cancer.
