摘要
背景 术中自体血回收技术已广泛地应用于临床,减少异体输血及预防输血相关并发症.但是自体血回收因其潜在的风险并不适用于所有患者. 目的 通过总结国内外的研究,明确术中自体血回收技术的新进展. 内容 从自体血回收技术的适应证及禁忌证、回收血液质量、并发症、经济效益等4个方面分析了该技术的新进展. 趋向 需要进一步研究以明确自体血回收技术的临床应用范围、不良后果、以及解决措施,使该技术更好地应用于临床.
Background Intraoperative cell salvage has been widely used in clinical practice.The use of cell salvage can reduce the need for allogeneic blood transfusion and its associated complications.However,cell salvage can not be used in all cases because of its potential risks.Objective To summarize recent studies about intraoperative cell salvage and review its recent advances.Content This review will focus on recent advances of intraoperative cell salvage,including indications and contraindications,quality of salvaged blood,complications,cost-effectiveness.Trend Further studies should be performed to assess clinical application of cell salvage,adverse events and improvement solutions so that the use of cell salvage can be more effective in clinical practice.
