摘要 背景 Mitsugumin 53 (MG53)是一种新发现的骨骼肌和心肌特异性表达的tripartite motif family proteins (TRIM)家族蛋白成员,近来提出MG53参与细胞膜修复与心肌保护过程. 目的 探讨MG53参与肌细胞膜修复的分子机制及在心肌细胞中的作用. 内容 拟通过MG53在肌细胞膜修复过程的分子机制、参与心脏的缺血预适应/后适应保护机制等方面来描述MG53的作用. 趋势 新近发现的MG53在心肌保护中的价值需要进一步研究,为疾病的诊治提供新方法. Background Mitsugumin 53(MG53),specially expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscle,is a newly discovered member of Tripartite Motif Family Proteins.Objective Explore the molecular mechanisms of the MG53 involved in the muscle membrane repair and myocardial protection.Content Discuss the role of MG53 in following details:the molecular mechanisms of the MG53 involved in the muscle membrane repair and the role in myocardial ischemic preconditioning and postconditioning protection mechanisms.Trend The value of newly discovered MG53 in myocardial protection needs further study,it will provide new methods for the diagnosis and treatment in heart disease.
