摘要
伦理审查委员会跟踪审查制度在我国研究起步较晚,是现有伦理审查机制中的薄弱环节。从伦理审查委员会跟踪审查的产生与发展入手,探讨了我国跟踪审查实践中的诸多困境。最后从跟踪审查制度的顶层设计、跟踪审查的监管、经费和时间保障、委员能力的提升以及跟踪审查方式的完善等方面提出了完善我国跟踪审查制度的对策。
Institutional Review Board tracking review system started late in China, which is the weak link of existing ethical review mechanism. From the construction and development of Institutional Review Board tracking review, it discusses the dilemmas of tracking review practice of Institutional Review Board in China. Then the paper puts forward to countermeas- ure of perfecting tracking review system, such as top design, regulation, money and time security, ability improvement of committee members, and reviewing ways.
