摘要
在分析城市可持续发展指标体系的特征基础上 ,分别确定了用遗传算法优化的持续、协调、结构和集聚 4类单项指标的发展指数的普适公式 ;并对可持续发展的不同层次指标分别采用广义对比分析法和层次分析法进行加权 ,建立了城市可持续发展的综合指数评价模型。模型应用于乌鲁木齐市的可持续发展评价结果与实况定性分析结果一致。该评价模型简单、实用 ,具有可比性和通用性。
Based on the characters of indicator systems of sustainable development of cities,exponential universal formulae of classified indicators for sustainability,coordination,structure and cluster were proposed,respectively,using genetic algorithm(GA).Evaluation model of comprehensive index of sustainable development was developcd using weighting method obining the general contrast algorithm with analytic hierarchy process for different structure.The evaluation results for sustainable development for wulumuqi city using this model shows the consistence with practice.The evaluation model are simple,practical,comparisonable and general.
