摘要
硒是对人体有益的元素,本文根据国标GB/T5009.93-2003《食品中硒的测定第一法氢化物原子荧光光谱法》采用原子荧光光谱法测定奶粉中的硒含量,灵敏度高,重复性好,所测样品中硒含量符合国家标准。
Selenium is one beneficial element to human being. This study based on GB/ T5009.93-2003 ＂determination of selenium in foods by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method＂ to determine the content of selenium in milk powder. The method has high sensitivity, good repeatability; and the selenium content in the sample is in line with national standards.
