This are somes reason for the existence of phenomenon of telepathy.This paper makes statistics,classification and analysis of the phenomenon of telepathy and combines the properties of electromagnetic waves and human telepathy linked to derive the mechanism of telepathy.To infer mechanism of telepathy through the nature of brain waves provides us with a more in-depth understanding and insights of telepathy,and provides a theoretical basis for the civilian and military application of brain waves.It will be interesting to pay widespread attention to and make analysis on subliminal information.
