中国石油企业“走出去”二十年——基于中国石油天然气集团公司海外投资业务视角 被引量:10

摘要 中国石油天然气集团公司海外投资业务发展大致经历了探索发展(1993-1996年)、基础发展(1997-2002年)、快速发展(2003-2008年)和规模发展(2009年以后)四个阶段,每一阶段都有不同的发展战略。20年来,中国石油海外投资业务实现了跨越式发展,形成了一定的规模和实力。截至2012年底,中国石油在海外31个国家管理运作着82个油气投资项目,形成了集勘探、开发、管道、炼化于一体的完整产业链,以及兼顾陆上和海上、石油和天然气、常规油气和非常规油气的资产组合。未来中国石油将继续强化资源保障、发挥整体优势、立足专业管理、实施差异化运营,继续推动海外投资业务实现规模、有效、可持续发展。 Business and investment abroad by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has gone through four development phases: pilot (1993-1996), infrastructure (1997-2002), rapid growth (2003-2008), and large scale (after 2009), each using a different strategy. In that time China's oil business and investment has leapfrogged in scale and strength. By the end of 2012 CNPC managed and operated 82 projects in 31 countries, forming a complete industrial chain from exploration to development to pipeline to refining as well as an asset portfolio of onshore and offshore conventional and unconventional oil and gas. CNPC continues to give full play to its advantages in the process of increasing protection of resources, improving professional management, differentiating operations and increasing business and investment abroad to achieve large-scale development that is effective and sustainable.
