关联规则在阿尔茨海默病中医诊疗中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Association Rules in the TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Alzheimer Disease

目的:寻找阿尔茨海默病中医证型与中医症状之间的关系。方法:利用关联规则的Apriori算法对109例临床数据进行挖掘,同时针对中医药数据的特殊性,提出关于Apriori算法的改进。结果:挖掘出一系列关联规则,为阿尔茨海默病的确诊提供了重要依据。结论:关联规则适合于研究阿尔茨海默病中医药辨证论治的内部规律,为阿尔茨海默病的确诊提供可靠依据。

Objectives： find out the relation between Alzheimer disease TCM syndrome and symptom. Methods： mine the data of 109 pieces of clinical cases with Apriori method under association rules, and meanwhile, aimed at the specialty of TCM data, put forward improvements for Apriori method. Results： a series of association rules were mined, which provide important basis for the definite diagnosis of Alzheimer disease. Conclusions： association rules are suitable for interior principles of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation in study of Alzheimer disease and provide reliable basis for the definite diagnosis of Alzheimer disease.
