六味地黄汤对糖皮质激素肾阴虚模型免疫器官淋巴细胞凋亡的抑制作用(I)

Inhibitory Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on Lymphocyte Apoptosis in Immune Organ of Glucocorticoid_induced Kidney_yin_deficiency Animal Model(Ⅰ)

为进一步探讨肾阴虚证在免疫学上的实质 ,将 30只Wister大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、六味地黄汤组 3组 ,采用糖皮质激素肾阴虚大鼠模型以原位末端标记法标记凋亡细胞 ,观测了六味地黄汤对胸腺淋巴细胞凋亡的影响。结果显示 :模型组淋巴细胞凋亡增多 ,且多在胸腺皮质部 ,凋亡细胞计数模型组显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;六味地黄汤组淋巴细胞凋亡较模型组明显减少 ,凋亡细胞计数六味地黄汤组低于模型组 (P <0 .0 1)。提示六味地黄汤能够抑制糖皮质激素诱导的胸腺淋巴细胞凋亡。反证了肾阴虚证存在胸腺淋巴细胞凋亡的情况 。

To further explore the immunological mechanism of kidney_yin_deficiency syndrome, Wistar rats were allocated to three groups: normal control group, model group and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction (LDD) group. The kidney_yin_deficiency rat model was induced by glucocorticoid and thymocyte apoptosis was measured with in situ end labeling technique. The results showed that lymphocyte apoptosis was obvious in the model group and mainly in thymic cortex. The number of apoptotic lymphocytes was increased in the model group as compared with that in the normal control group (P< 0.01 ) and was decreased in LDD group as compared with the model group (P< 0.01 ). It is indicated that lymphocyte apoptosis exists in the thymus gland of kidney_yin_deficiency rat model, and LDD with the action of nourishing kidney_yin can inhibit glucocorticoid_induced lymphocyte apoptosis in the thymus gland.
