摘要
目的 :探讨病毒感染与哮喘气道高反应性 (AHR)的关系及喘康平合剂对AHR的影响。方法 :致敏豚鼠感染副流感病毒 3型 (P - 3)后 ,对其进行气道反应性测定、支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中各种细胞计数及BALF中P物质含量测定。结果 :致敏豚鼠接种P - 3后 ,与对照组比较 ,气道反应性明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,BALF中巨噬细胞和嗜酸性细胞明显增多 (P <0 .0 1) ,P物质含量增多 (P <0 .0 5) ;预先给予喘康平合剂 ,则以上病理变化明显减轻 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :P - 3病毒感染能引起豚鼠AHR及气道炎症 。
The relationship between virus infection and airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) in guinea pigs with asthma and the effect of Chuankangping Mixture (CM) on AHR were investigated. The asthmatic guinea pigs were established with intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin. The asthmatic guinea pigs without infection and medication served as control. Airway responsiveness and the number of various cells and substance P in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured. The results showed that in the asthmatic guinea pigs infected with parainfluenza virus 3, airway responsiveness became stronger (P< 0.01 ), the number of macrophages and eosinophils in BALF increased (P< 0.01 ), and substance P content elevated (P< 0.05 ) as compared with control. The above pathologic changes became obviously reduced in the asthmatic guinea pigs pretreated with CM (P< 0.05 ). It is indicated that parainfluenza virus 3 infection can lead to airway inflammation and AHR in guinea pigs, and CM exerts a protective effect against the pathological changes.
