银屑病患者发生眼部病变相当普遍,其症状和体征细微易被忽略,通常发生于银屑病的活动期或与关节病性银屑病并发。由于银屑病患者眼部症状可能与其潜在的疾病相关,临床医生应对此保持高度警觉。该文主要对银屑病患者眼部症状临床表现及治疗现状作一综述,希望今后在皮肤科和眼科专家的共同参与下,使银屑病患者眼部疾患得到更好的诊治。

Ocular signs occur in patients of psoriasis are very common, however, their signs and symptoms are often vague and may be easily missed. It is usually found during an exacerbation of psoriasis or in association with arthritic complications. Physicians should maintain a high index of suspicion that ophthalmic symptoms in patients with psoriasis may be related to their underlying disease. The purpose of this review is to provide a brief review in the clinical manifestations and current treatments of ocular psoriasis. In order to provide improved treatment for patients with psoriasis, a common participation of dermatologist and ophthalmologist is required in making precise diagnosis and management.
