Factors Associated with Compliance and Countermeasures in Children Patients Inhaled Hormone with Asthma

目的:探讨影响哮喘患儿激素吸入治疗依从性相关因素及对策。方法:回顾性分析106例吸入糖皮质激素治疗的哮(喘患儿相关资料,比较依从性好及依从性两组患儿相关因素的差异。结果:依从性好40例(37.74%),依从性差62.26%,单因素t/χ2检验10个变量是影响糖皮质激素吸入依从性因素(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析显示疾病及激素吸入知识匮乏、存在不良心理反应、吸入激素技术不掌握、医患关系一般是影响依从性因素(OR=3.89、3.35、2.93、2.67)。结论:哮喘患儿激素吸入治疗依从性差,影响因素复杂,通过实施宣教活动、注重心理支持、行规范化治疗指导和指导、建立良好医患关系提高依从性。

Objective：To study the effect of children asthma hormone suction treatment compliance related factors and countermeasures.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 106 cases of inhaled corticosteroids for children with asthma related material,more compliance good compliance and two groups of children the difference of related factors.Results：Compliance good 40 cases（37.74%）,compliance difference 62.26%,single factor t/chisquare test 10 variable is influence of glucocorticoid hormone suction compliance factors（P 0.05）,Logistic regression analysis showed that disease and hormone suction knowledge,the existence of bad psychological reaction,inhaled corticosteroids technology does not grasp,the doctor-patient relationship is generally affect compliance factors（OR=3.89,3.35,2.93,2.67）.Conclusion：Children with asthma hormone suction treatment compliance is poor,the influence factors are complicated,through the implementation of propaganda and education activities,pay attention to the psychological support,line standardized treatment guidelines and guidance,build good doctor-patient relationship improve compliance.
