药师干预前后住院患者“特殊使用类”抗菌药物使用情况比较

Comparison of the “Special Class” Antimicrobial Drug Usage in Hospitalized Patients before and after Intervention by Pharmacist

目的：比较临床药师干预前后特殊使用类抗菌药物使用情况。方法：根据患者病案,分别统计我院2011年1月1日~2011年12月31日和2012年1月1日~2012年12月31日两个时间段我院就诊患者的特殊使用类抗菌药物的使用情况。结果：用药情况、用药点评、治疗结果、医师职称统计结果见正文。结论：药师干预后的特殊使用类抗菌药物不合理情况明显降低。

Objective：To compare the usage of special class antimicrobial drugs intervented by clinical pharmacist.Methods：According to the medical records of patients,respectively statistics in our hospital from January 1,2011 to December 31,2011 and 2012,to December 31,2012,two time periods of our hospital patients with special class antibacterial drug usage..Results：Statistical results of medication,medication review,the results of treatment,physician titles see text.Conclusion：Unreasonable use of special class antibacterial drugs in our hospital reduced significantly after intervention by pharmacist.
