丹红注射液治疗肺心病急性发作期的疗效

Effect of Danhong Injection in the Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease at Acute Attack Stage

目的:观察丹红注射液治疗肺心病急性发作的疗效,以供临床合理用药参考。方法:选择2009年6月～2012年5月我院收治的肺心病急性发作期患者180例,随机分为两组,均给予持续低流量吸氧、止咳化痰、解痉平喘、强心利尿、抗感染、维持水电解质平衡等对症综合治疗,在此基础上观察组患者给予丹红注射液静脉注射。连续治疗15d,观察两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化,并比较临床疗效和不良反应发生率的差异。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者在临床表现和血液流变学指标均有一定程度的改善,其中观察组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未见明显不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用丹红注射液辅助治疗肺心病急性发作,临床疗效确切,安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Danhong injection in treatment of heart disease at acute attack stage,for clinical rational drug use.Methods：To choose 180 case from Jun 2009 to May 2012 in our hospital,randomly divided into 2 groups,given continuous low flow oxygen,cough phlegm,antispasmodic,strong heart diuresis,resistance to infection,maintaining water and electrolyte balance and symptomatic treatment,on the basis,observation group were treated with Danhong injection.15d later,observe the changes of 2 groups before and after treatment hemorheological indexes,compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction incidence differences.Results：Compared with before treatment,after treatment in two groups of patients in clinical manifestation and blood rheology indexes were improved to a certain extent,the observation group improved significantly than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared with control group,observation group has higher efficiency,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.During treatment 2 groups showed no obvious adverse reaction,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Danhong injection in treating acute attack of pulmonary heart disease,clinical curative effect,high safety,worthy of clinical application.
