不同剂量米非司酮对围绝经期功血疗效和内分泌功能影响研究

Efficacy and Influence Study of Different Doses of Mifepristone on the Perimenopausal DUB and Endocrine Function

目的:观察不同剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血的疗效及其对内分泌功能的影响。方法:98例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别服用不同剂量米非司酮,比较两组临床疗效、性激素变化和不良反应情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.88%。对照组总有效率为83.68%,两组疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后E2、P下降明显(P<0.05),FSH、LH亦有一定程度下降,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应少于对照组。结论:小剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血疗效确切,副反应小,值得临床进一步研究和运用。

Objective：To observe the effect of different dosage of mifepristone on treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding and it＇s influence on endocrine function.Methods：98 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,respectively taking different doses of mifepristone,the clinical efficacy,hormonal changes and adverse reaction case were observed.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.88%,the control group was 83.68%,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;after treatment,E2,P significantly decreased（P0.05）;FSH,LH also decreased,but there was no significant difference（P0.05）;after treatment comparison,the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of control group;the incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion：Small dosage of mifepristone on treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding had definite effect,small side effects,it＇s worth clinical further study and application.
