消化道恶性肿瘤血清CA199检测的临床意义

Clinical Value of Serum CA199 Assays in the Diagnosis of Alimentary Canal Malignancy

目的：探讨血清CA199检测对消化道恶性肿瘤的临床意义。方法：选择2009年12月~2011年12月我院住院和门诊的90例消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为观察组。并选择同期82例消化道良性疾病患者以及50例健康体检者作为对照组A与对照组B,测定三组血清CA199的含量,比较结果的差异性。结果：对照组A、B血清CA199均值分别为（33.38±15.41）U/mL与（14.30±8.74）U/mL,观察组血清CA199均值为（247.32±156.95）U/mL,显著高于对照组A、B,且存在显著的统计学差异（P〈0.01）。结论：血清CA199检测对消化道恶性肿瘤（肝癌、胰腺癌、胃癌、胆管癌、肠癌等）的诊断具有重要的意义。

Objective：To investigate the digestive tract malignancies clinical significance of detecting serum CA199.Methods： To choose 90 cases of patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract during December 2009~December 2011 as the research object and designed the observation group.And 82 cases of patients with digestive tract of benign disease and 50 cases of healthy persons as the control group A and B during the same period,the content of serum CA199 were measured in three groups,contrast the test result difference.Results： The mean CA199 levels were respectively（33.38 ± 15.41） U/mL and（14.30 ± 8.74） U/mL of the control group A and B,and the mean CA199 levels for the observation group was（247.32 ± 156.95） U/mL,which was significantly higher than the control group A and B,and there existed a significant statistical difference between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion： The serum CA199 content has important clinical significance for the diagnosis of malignant tumor of digestive tract（liver cancer,pancreatic cancer,gastric cancer,bile duct cancer,colorectal cancer and other）.
