免疫法与电泳法在检测糖化血红蛋白中价值的对比

Clinical Value Contrast of Immue and Electrophoresis Methods in the Detection of HbAIc (Glycosylated Hemoglobin)

目的：本文旨在分析不同的糖化血红蛋白（HbAIc）测定方法的临床价值。方法：选取2011年6月~2012年8月在我院治疗的糖尿病患者30例,并且选取同时期治疗的非糖尿病患者。结果：在本组实验当中,电泳法的批内和批间精密度均要高于免疫法（P〈0.05）。两种方法均与HPLC（高效液相色谱法）法具有相关性（p〈0.05）。结论：测定糖化血红蛋白对于糖尿病的诊断十分重要,对于糖化血红蛋白的测定应该依据自身的具体情况来选择。

Objective：In this article,we aims to analyze the clinical value of the different ways in the detection of HbAIc.Methods： Select 30 diabetes patients in our hospital from June 2011 to August 2012.In the same time,we select 30 patients without diabetes.Results：In this experiment,we found that the CVs of electrophoresis is higher than Immunoassay（p0.05）.The correlation between electrophoresis,immunoassay and HPLC is excellent（p0.05）.Conclusion：The detection of HbAIc is important for diabetes,we must choose the right way to detect HbAIc according to our own reality.
