65例脑梗塞恢复期患者的康复护理效果研究

Nursing Effect on 65 Cases of Cerebral Infarction Patients in Recovery Stage of Rehabilitation

目的:观察康复护理在脑梗塞恢复期的应用效果,以供临床参考。方法:以2010年5月～2012年4月在我院神经内科康复病房接受治疗的脑梗塞恢复期患者65例为研究对象,进行系统的康复护理。观察护理干预前后患者神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力的变化。结果:与干预前相比较,患者神经功能缺损评分明显下降,Barthel指数明显上升,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:系统的康复护理可改善神经功能、提高生活质量,对脑梗塞恢复期患者康复具有积极的促进作用。

Objective：Observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing on cerebral infarction recovery application effect,for clinical reference.Methods：Choose 65 cases of cerebral infarction from May.2010 to Apr.2012 in our hospital as study object,systematic rehabilitation nursing.Observe nursing intervention in patients with neurological deficit score,activities of daily living ability changes.Results：Compared with before intervention,patients with nerve function defect score decreased significantly,Barthel index was significantly increased,with significant statistical difference（p0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation nursing can improve the nerve function,improve the quality of life in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction,rehabilitation has a positive promoting role.
