五级预检分类系统急诊应用评价

Application Value of the 5-level triage system in the Emergency Department

目的:评价五级预检分类系统在三级医院急诊科的应用价值。方法:将五级预检分类系统完成的预检患者资料按5个预检级别自然分组,通过调查死亡率、抢救率、入院率等指标与预检级别的关系,来评估五级预检分类系统的应用价值。结果:选用2011-05-01-2012-09-30的13602例样本,经统计学处理,抢救率、入院率、死亡率等指标与预检级别具有明显的相关性(P<0.01)。结论:五级预检分类系统与相关标准一致,能够反映患者病情的轻重缓急,可应用于急诊预检分诊工作。

Objective：To investigate the application values of the 5-level triage system in the tertiary hospital emergency department.Method：Patients were divided into five natural groups according to the 5-level triage system.The relationship between the five-level triage acuity scales and the mortality rate,the rescue rate,hospitalization rate were investigated to confirm the application values of the 5-level triage system.Result：From 1st May 2011 to 30st September 2012,13 602cases were selected in our study.After statistical processing,we found a significant correlation（P0.01） between the five-level triage acuity scales and the mortality rate,the rescue rate,hospitalization rate.Conclusion：The 5-level triage system is consistent with the relevant standards to reflect the patient＇s condition,and can be used in the triage of emergency patients.
