摘要
阻抗式产液剖面测井仪应用阻抗传感器测量井下油、水含水率,已成为高含水油田产液面剖面测井的主要技术,该仪器能够在水为连续相时进行测量,不受温度及矿化度的影响,且受流态影响较小。目前油田井下产气现象普遍,气体的产生影响水为连续相测量的精度,排除气体是亟待解决的问题,而脱气是提高含水率和流量测量精度的有效手段。此设计方案将气液分流的方法应用于阻抗式产液剖面测井仪,分流气相,单独测量油水部分的流量和含水率。
The downhole oil water ratio measurement of impedance type liquid production profile logging instrument by using impedance sensors has become the main technology in the oil field with high water cut.This instrument can be used when the water presents continuous phase,with only a little influence of flow regime and with no influence of temperature and mineralization of water.At present,gas production downhole has become a common phenomenon,which affects the accuracy of measurement when the water presents continuous phase.Therefore,gas expulsion becomes the most pressing issue.However,degassing is just an effective way to improve the accuracy of moisture content and flow rate measurement.This design applies the gas-liquid shunt to the impedance type liquid production profile logging instrument,so as to separate the gas and to measure the oil and water content and moisture content separately.
