为形成一套适合我国国情的开放存取期刊的质量控制机制,结合国外的经验,从论文提交的质量控制、论文内容的质量控制、论文出版后的质量控制等环节对开放存取期刊的质量控制进行了探讨。

In order to form a set of OA journal quality control mechanisms suitable for China＇s national conditions,and connecting with domestic and foreign experiences,this paper probes into the quality control of OA journals from the links of the quality control of paper submission,the quality control of paper content,and the quality control after paper publication,etc.
