摘要
从分析当前高校图书馆学科服务存在的问题入手,论述了积极推进高校图书馆学科服务市场营销之路的必要性。以4R营销理论为基础,对高校图书馆学科服务的营销策略、营销人员素质及营销平台等进行了深入讨论,并提出了相关的建议,为我国高校图书馆学科服务的未来发展提供参考。
Beginning with the analysis on the problems currently existing in subject service of university library, discusses the necessity of actively promoting the marketing of the subject service of university library,and based on 4R marketing theory,probes into the marketing strategy,marketing staff’s quality,and marketing platform,etc.,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for providing references for the future development of university library’s subject service.
