This paper analyzes the connotations, characteristics, current construction situation of campus culture, probes into the internal relation between the library and the campus culture of the higher vocational college, and points out that the library can take part in the construction of campus culture with the help of its unique cultural environment, abundant information resources and humanized service in the following aspects： to build elegant campus, to create cultural space, to be a professional quality education base, to provide a platform for ideological collision.
