摘要
以辽宁科技大学图书馆为例,阐述了采编部与流通部业务流程重组的动因、优势、问题和对象,强调指出图书馆业务流程重组没有固定的模式和套路可循,要依据各馆的实际情况,选取适当的切入点,积极进行探索和实践。
Taking the library of USTL as an example, this paper elaborates the reasons, strengths, problems and countermeasures of the BPR of the acquisitioning cataloguing department and the circulation department, and emphasizes that the BPR of the library has no fixed pattern and method, must select the appropriate entry point according to the actual conditions of each library, and make active exploration and practice.
