多校区高校图书馆服务质量评价体系构建研究

Study on the Construction of Service Quality Evaluation System for Multi-campus University Library

针对目前高校不断扩招的形势,不少高校采用了多校区办学的模式。通过研究多校区高校图书馆的服务质量评价体系的实施原则和评价标准,确定了合理、全面的服务质量评价要素,构建了多校区图书馆服务质量评价体系,以逐步实现由定性考核向量化考核、科学规范管理转变,从而为多校区高校图书馆提供借鉴和指导,以取得良好的社会和经济效益。

According to the current situation of the constant expansion of college enrollment, multi-campus running mode has been adopted by colleges and universities. Through studying the implementation principles and evaluation standards of service quality evaluation system for multi-campus university library, this paper determines some reasonable and comprehensive service quality evaluation factors, and constructs a service quality evaluation system for multi-campus university library for progressively realizing the change from the qualitative assessment to the quantitative assessment and scientific standardized management and for obtaining good social and economic benefits.
