摘要
以职业倦怠、工作满意度、社会支持为变量设计了调查问卷,利用SPSS17.0统计软件进行了假设检验。结果表明,高校图书馆员工作满意度与其职业倦怠呈负相关,社会支持与高校图书馆员工作满意度呈正相关,在大力度的社会支持影响下,高校图书馆员工作满意度与其职业倦怠的负相关关系减弱。
This paper designs the questionnaire taking the job burnout, job satisfaction and social support as the variables, and makes the hypothesis test by using statistical software SPSS17.0. The results indicate that the there is a negative correlation between the job burnout and job satisfaction of university librarians, and there is a positive correlation between the social support and job satisfaction of university librarians, and under the influence of drastic social support, the negative correlation between the job burnout and job satisfaction of university librarians is weakened.
