关于院校图书馆人事改革研究近况的调查

Investigation of the Research on Personnel Reform in Libraries of Colleges and Universities

以《中国期刊全文数据库》(CNKI)为依据,检索了2001—2011年间有关院校图书馆人事改革研究的文献题录,对检中的226篇文献的期刊分布、作者简况、发文年代分布、基金资助情况以及研究进路进行了分析,对有关研究如何与院校图书馆人事改革形成良性互动进行了探讨。

Based on CNKI （China National Knowledge Infrastructure）, this paper retrieves the bibliographies of the research on personnel reform in libraries of colleges and universities published in 2001-2011, analyzes the journals distribution, authors’ brief status, years distribution, funding situation and research routes of retrieved 226 literatures, and probes into how involved researches to form benign interaction with personnel reform in libraries of colleges and universities.
