摘要
环氧沥青混凝土是正交异性钢桥面铺装和超重交通道路的理想材料。为评价桥面铺装环氧沥青混凝土的路用性能,采用高温车辙动稳定度试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂和低温弯曲试验研究分析了环氧沥青混凝土的高温稳定性能、水稳定性能和低温抗开裂性能,并与不同铺装混合料的性能进行了对比。试验结果表明:环氧沥青混凝土桥面铺装层具有优越的高温稳定性能和抗水损坏性能。为进一步推广环氧沥青混凝土桥面铺装层的应用,需要研究如何增加它的柔性性能和韧性性能。
Epoxy asphalt concrete is an ideal material for orthotropic steel bridge deck pavement and o- verweight traffic roads. To evaluate the influence of epoxy asphalt concrete on road performance of bridge deck pavement, this paper studied on epoxy bitumen mixture's high temperature stability, water stability and low temperature cracking resistance by using high temperature rutting dynamic stability test, soaking marshal test, freeze - thaw splitting test and bending test, compared the performances with different pavement mixtures. The results showed that the epoxy asphalt concrete used in bridge deck pavement layer had excellent high tempera- ture stability and superior resistance to water damage. For further promoting the applications of epoxy asphalt concrete used in bridge deck pavement, it was necessary to study how to increase flexibility and toughness.
