With the problems emerging gradually, digital heritage＇s value and protection and more attention of the whole society. The archival department is an important and constructing the society memory,and the preservation of digital heritage is conducive to have attracted more positive element in maintaining the integrity of social memory. Currently,some archival scholars propose to develope a huge The Memory of Chi- na digital resources repository,which provides an opportunity and a path for the digital heritage protection.
