摘要
目的 应用新型卤素荧光光源 ,调查四川省筠连县、名山县疟疾流行情况。方法 用新型荧光光源薄血膜吖啶橙染色法 (AO法 )。结果 对 36 5 7自愿者进行了现场应用 ,查出间日疟带虫者、现症病人 6 6例 ,筠连县 1996年的发病率与带虫率 6 2 7% ,1998年下降至 0 6 2 % ,名山县由 2 47%下降至 0 42 %。结论 AO法操作简单 ,价格便宜 ,省力省时 ,利于疟疾的诊断和监测 。
Objective Popularize the halogen light source,Investigation incidence of vivax malaria was done in Mingsha & Junlian,a main endemic area in Sichuan province with low parasitemia.Methods The halogen light source in an acridine orange(AO) staining method was used.Results 3657 volunteer villagers and suspected malaria patients in the local clinics aged 4 months to 88 years were examined to taking the AO method which were resulted 66 cases.The incidence was from 6 27% to 0 62% in Junlian and it was from 2 47% to 0 42% in Mingsha from 1996 to 1998.Conclusion The study provided the AO method have provided new tool for the rapid diagnosis of malaria with more economical equipment and simple procedures.
