云南省血吸虫病流行区鼠类的传播作用探讨

Study on the Species Composition of Rodents and the Role on Schitosomiasis Transmission in Yunan province.

目的 了解血吸虫病流行区鼠类的种群组成 ,探讨其传播血吸虫病的作用。方法 鼠类分类鉴定后 ,用常规方法进行检查。结果 捕获鼠类 4目 6科 11属 19种 3435只 ,以黄胸鼠和褐家鼠为主要种类 ,分别占45 0 9%和 2 8 2 7%。检验 3411只 ,阳性 32只 ,感染率为 0 94% ,鼠群EPG (X)为 5 78。其中高原平坝亚型流行区感染率为 0 15 % ,鼠群EPG (X)为 0 0 5 ;高原峡谷亚型流行区感染率为 1 97% ,鼠群EPG (X)为 13 39。结论 从总体上看 ,云南省血吸虫病流行区鼠类的传播作用不大 ,但在高原峡谷区的局部地区有一定的作用。

Objective To study the species composition of rodents and the role on schitosomiasis transmission in Yunan province.Method The routine method was taken to observe whether the rodents were infected with schitosoma japonicum .Results 3435 rodents were captured in schitosomiasis area.They were classified into 19 specoies, 11 genera,6 families and 4 orders.The dominant species were Rflavipectus and Rnorvegicus , which accounted for 45 09% and 28.27% respectively.Among 3411 rodents being tested, 32(5 species) were infected with schitosoma japonicum ,the positive rate of stool was 0 94% and EPG(X) was 5 78 in whole investigated area, but 0 15% and 0 05 in mountainous basin region,1 97% and 13 39% in mountainous valley region.Conclusion The transmission of schitosomia sisby rodents is not notable in Yunan province,but it possesses epidemiological significance in some areas of mountainous valley region.
