成纤维细胞生长因子2及其受体信号系统与阿尔茨海默病 被引量:1

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimerdisease,AD)是神经系统最常见的退行性疾病,为神经退行性疾病研究热点之一,以胞外淀粉样蛋白(A13)等沉积形成的老年斑、胞内高度磷酸化修饰的微管相关蛋白(tau蛋白)聚集形成的大量神经原纤维缠结及胶质细胞增生、弥漫性大脑皮质萎缩为主要病理改变。
