特发性膜性肾病发病机制及治疗进展

摘要 膜性肾病（membranous nephropathy，MN）是引起成人肾病综合征（nephrotic syndrome，NS）常见的病理类型之一，病理特征是‘肾小球毛细血管基底膜弥漫性增厚，上皮下免疫复合物沉积，依其病因分为特发性和继发性。
