宫内宫外同时妊娠二例报告

Heterotopic pregnancy:2 cases report

宫内宫外同时妊娠临床少见。该文报告经手术病理确诊的2例宫内宫外同时妊娠患者的诊疗过程。2例患者术前均漏诊,其中1例接受患侧输卵管切除术,1例合并卵巢妊娠接受卵巢楔形切除术。术后2例患者均痊愈出院,继续妊娠1例,随访至24周,产检未见异常。宫内宫外同时妊娠在术前易漏诊,需提高对该病的重视,加强B超检测。

The article reported two rare cases of heterotopic pregnancy treated by surgery. In both pa- tients, heterotopic pregnancy were diagnosed after operation, in which 1 case diagnosed as fallopian tubepreg- nancies received Salpingectomy, I with ovarian pregnancy received wedge resection of ovary. After operation, both patients recovered. 1 patient with simutaneous uterine pregnancy continued gestation to 24 weeks, with normal antenatal care. Heterotopic pregnancy might be easy to be neglected, ultrasound need to be emphasized to avoid a missed diagnosis.
