中医药治疗老年性痴呆症的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY OF THE TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINES ON THE TREATMENT OF ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE

目的 :在动物实验的基础上 ,观察以益肾健脑、益气养血的中医药主方对老年性痴呆症的治疗效果。方法 :根据 ASM- 和 ICD- 10诊断标准选择老年性痴呆病例 ,随机分成两组 :观察组以党参、黄芪、何首乌、山萸肉、当归等益肾健脑、益气养血的中药治疗 1～ 2疗程 (30天 /疗程 ) ,并随证加减 ;对照组用胞二磷胆碱、脑复素等治疗。用智力状态量表 (MMSE) ,日常生活能力量表 (ADL ) ,长谷川痴呆量表 (HDS)的积分变化判断两组的总疗效和各组治疗前、后的疗效。结果 :MMSE的评分示观察组总有效率 85 .8% ,对照组总有效率 6 2 .5 % ,两组间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,两组治疗前后 MMSE、HDS积分显著增加 (P分别 <0 .0 1和 0 .0 5 ) ,ADL 积分显著降低 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :以益肾健脑 ,益气养血为主的中药方剂并随证加减对老年性痴呆症的治疗效果好 。

Objective: To observe the effects of the traditional Chinese medicines on the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD).Methods:According to the diagnostic criterion of ASM-Ⅲ AND ICD-10, the patients of AD were divided into two groups. The curing group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicines which consists of Codonopsis Piosula Nannf, Astragalus membranaceus Bge, Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, Cornus officinalis sieb. et Zncc, etc. for one or two treatment courses (30 days/ course) and according to the patient's condition, the kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were increased of decreased; The control group was cured with Citicoline and Cerebrolysin. The curative effects were judged with the score changes of the MMSE, ADL and HDS quantity tables.Results: The score of MMSE showed the total effective rate of curing group was 85.8% and that of control group was 62.5%. There was remarked difference between two groups (P<0.01). The score of MMSE and HDS obviously increased (P<0.01 and 0.05 respectively) and the score of ADL obviously decreased (P<0.01) after the treatment.Conclusion: The effect of the traditional Chinese medicines benefiting the kindney and invigorating the Brain, and benefiting the vital energy and nourishing blood on the treatment of Alzheimer's disease was better and quicker.
