基于数控铣床的半径补偿算法

摘要 为解决刀具半径影响加工精度的问题,对刀具和半径补偿进行研究,基于数控铣床,提出一种通过判断相邻曲线转接方式实现半径补偿的算法,给出半径补偿算法的实现步骤,并编程实现。实验结果表明,该算法适用于直线和直线、直线和圆弧、圆弧和直线以及圆弧和圆弧相邻的所有半径补偿类型,且具有误差小,求解高效等优点。 Tool radius is an important factor affecting machining accuracy. Studying on tool and radius compensation based on milling mache, we put forward a radius compensation algorithm by judging the adapter type of two adjacent curves. The detail and the programming implement of the algorithm are proposed. The experiments result show that the algorithm is suitable for all the radius compensation type, for example adjacent straight line and straight line, straight line and arc, arc and straight line, arc and arc etc, and the algorithm has small measurement error and high efficiency.
