How to Strengthen Cohesion between Basic Education and Vocational Education

目前,我国的基础教育阶段缺乏系统的职业生涯教育,导致学生从基础教育过渡到职业教育后出现了诸多的不适应。如何加强基础教育与职业教育的衔接,帮助大学新生适应大学生活,树立职业生涯规划的意识,是我们研究的重要课题。做好这二者的有效衔接可以鼓励学生发现自我、了解自我,促进学生思考人生道路,做好职业生涯规划,为以后走向社会奠定良好基础。

At present, our country＇s basic education stage is lack of career education system, which has caused that stu- dents can＇t adapt to transition from basic education to professional education. How to strengthen connection between the basic education and vocational education, to help freshmen adapt to college life, and set up consciousness of career plan- ning, which is one of the important subjects of our study. With the effective connection, encourage students to find them- selves, understand themselves, and to promote students to think about life, complete the career planning, making good foundation for later to society.
