吉林大学章程是我国第一个建设相对完善的大学章程,对我国大学章程建设具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。美国的大学教育在全世界具有很强的影响力,其大学章程建设已发展的相当完善。本文选取中国吉林大学章程和美国耶鲁大学章程作为样本,从大学章程的篇幅内容、章程的制定与修改、大学校长的权责、大学章程中的学术权力机构这四个方面进行比较,分析中美两国大学章程的差异性,并对进一步完善我国大学章程建设提出几点建议。
