艺术硕士(MFA)专业学位教育浅析

艺术类硕士专业学位教育是专业学位研究生教育的一种形式,它不同于传统教学方式上偏重理论传授、学术研究的硕士研究生教育,而是相对于学术性研究生学位而言的学位类型。目前我国艺术类专业研究生学位教育培养管理中存在认识上存在偏颇、基础发展条件不足、教学管理不规范、质量监督体系与评价机制不完善、师资队伍有待充实等实际问题。本文提出,应从转变教学观念、夯实基础条件、规范教学管理过程、加强师资队伍建设等几个方面进行改善。

Arts mastees professional degree education is a form of professional degree graduate education, it is different from traditional teaching methods lay particular stress on theory teaching graduate student education of academic research, but relative to the academic graduate degree type. At present our country graduate degree in art education training manage- ment of biased perception of inadequate development conditions of teaching management is not perfect quality supervision system and evaluation mechanism of teachers to enrich the practical problems such as proposed in this paper, we should change teaching idea foundation condition specification teaching management process to strengthen the construction of tea- ching staffand so on.
