摘要
本文在分析高校教师职业倦怠问题基础上,着重分析了心理契约理论在解决该问题过程中的适用性与有效性,并据此提出了基于心理契约视角的高校教师职业倦怠问题应对的策略与措施,期望对该问题的解决起到一定的推动与引导作用。
This paper based on analyzing the problem of university teachers' job burnout, emphatically analyzed the psy- chological contract theory to solve the problem in the process of the applicability and effectiveness, and accordingly put for- ward based on the perspective of psychological contract of university teachers' job burnout problem coping strategies and me- asures, expected to solve the problem play a promote and guiding role.
